Your order will be processed immediately. The goods are usually in stock and will be promptly dispatched. For longer delivery times, you will be notified.

During the advance payment, we grant an additional 1% discount (not applicable to books, the book prices after BuchPrG subject)!
Guarantee
It is the guarantee of their respective manufacturers. The bill is regarded as proof of warranty. For certain manufacturers (eg Oasis) is responsible for many products have a warranty extension from 3 to 5 years possible. Delivery within Germany
Standard packages (packages with a weight of up to 31.5 kg, a length up to 175 cm and a belt of up to 360 cm), we provide you with especially favorable shipping rates.
From an order of € 75.00, we provide free, with the exception of fluorescent tubes over 120 cm. Moreover, gravel, sand, sea salt and other heavy equipment, provided the package weight of 31.5 kilograms is exceeded and bulky goods with a length from 175 cm. No shipment of live animals.

Shipping charges for "special parcels"
- Bulky surcharge: 20,00 EUR for goods of 1.70 m in length. It may belt (length + double width + double height) of 360 cm is not exceeded. Bigger product we ship either by forwarding (see below) or by cargo. Please ask in each case the exact terms of our contract adoption.
- Fluorescent tubes from 100 cm are due to the risk of breakage possibly as varietal purity packet, which means other accessories to the same order is shipped, and we pack up as an extra package. The fluorescent tubes are stored in a sturdy cardboard tube packed. It fit up to 4 fluorescent tubes in a tube made of cardboard. The parcel delivery services charge for this transport EUR 2.00 role money that we need to incriminate you.
- Frost can feed ourselves from 2 kg in any quantity ordered. We charge you for a thermo-pack (Styroporbox thick with dry ice) 5.00 EUR plus the normal cost package.
- Forwarder: Large and bulky goods such as Aquariums, cupboards, complete filter seawater, we send via forwarding. Aquariums up to 40x25x25 cm can be sent by mail, all major aquariums are due to fracture risk only by forwarding sent. For this we give the shipping price of forwarding to you. A euro range at which the goods are delivered, has an area of 80 x 120 cm. Everything on this surface fit, we will send you for only 59,95 EUR. Please note that e.g. a 1.20 m-long aquarium, complete with cabinet, cover, filter, gravel and accessories to a euro pallet fits. For larger items, a "double range" need, the shipping share 89,95 EUR. Please note that the forwarding delivering you the range not to bring into the apartment and that the forwarding of a harm-free delivery is liable. Check therefore necessarily in the presence of the driver merchandise. Subsequent complaints can not be considered.
Transportation packages are valid only for Germany - Continental, german islands and abroad on request.

Payment Types
The initial order is only against delivery, prepayment, credit card (we accept Eurocard / MasterCard, Visa and American Express) or bank debit. Further orders can be sent by bank account or debit done. For orders from 250.00 €, we reserve if necessary to deposit or prepayment to ask.

Please transfer the amount only after receiving a mail with our bill, on the exact amount is stated. The transfer is then transferred to the Savings Account Einbeck, BLZ 262 514 25, account 101996171, please enter on the transfer form necessarily reflect the invoice number that you previously we receive by mail. (You get your original invoice, together with the product in the package).
- Cash on delivery (you pay when receiving the merchandise directly to the courier package)
- By credit card - We accept Euro / Mastercard, VISA, American Express
- By direct debit. We reserve the right to request a credit on the purchase amount from your bank before we send the goods. Unless this question is negative or the information is denied, only the payment methods 1 to 3 may be chosen.
The goods remain until full payment of property- Valenta-Aquaristik und Gartenbau GmbH. From 75.00 EUR value of goods we renounce on the transit fee for a standard package (4.95 EUR). The shipping packages do not apply to international orders!
Delivery abroad
Minimum order: € 25.00. Only against advance, payment on delivery or by credit card. The delivery is fundamentally plus shipping, we wish you happy to announce.
For deliveries to countries not members of the EU, the invoice amount reduced by the tax. The incidental fee for the processing of customs clearance must be connected to the customer the full amount will be circulated. These are for shipments to Switzerland at the moment € 18.00.
Your right after distance Act
The right of return for goods is 14 days. The period begins with receipt of the goods. Goods whose transit via package is possible, must be returned. Not parcel goods will be picked for you.
For parcel goods: Send the broadcast postpaid-sufficient in their original packaging, back to us. The postage for the return of a German shipping address will be refunded to you within 14 days after receipt of the goods the sale in writing, by e-mail or fax or revoke the goods returned to us, and the value of the goods returned 40.00 € or more amounts. The postage will also be reimbursed if you have received damaged goods or merchandise shortcomings. Deadline is sufficient for the timely transmission.
Upon receipt of the goods we will arrange for the refund value of goods (and possibly also the postage costs), unless you want this credit for ordering a further advantage. In the case of used articles, we reserve a reasonable amount for the use of the article to be calculated. Can you give us the received goods wholly or partly or only in deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to possibly value. When the transfer of goods this does not apply if the deterioration of the product solely on their exam - such as in a shop would have been possible - is due. In addition, you can substitute the value avoid liability by using the product as an owner in use and refrain from anything which could impair their value.
Note to return
Please send the goods back sufficiently stamped. For packages, which are not sufficiently stamped, we refuse to accept. For courier shipments and other types of irregular shipping , we can not accept the costs in any case. Packs or sets can only be returned completely. Where appropriate we make a credit to your account or you will receive a refund of the costs of returning.
Transport damages
Please check the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, then open it even in the presence of the postal official or employee of the service pack and leave a message exhibit damage. Please inform us immediately by phone or fax 05561/3137729.
Please do not send us packages damaged back without consultation, we will edit the damage to your satisfaction
